We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Debit Cards such as Switch, Solo, and Delta. UK Cheques are also acceptable, but your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit/debit card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by Paypal.
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.
Postage & Packing
We offer standard delivery for all UK orders with a lead time of 3 to 5 working days for receipt of items for £2.95. Free delivery is offered from time to time for special promotions.
Expedited delivery is also available at a cost of £6.95, these orders are usually despatched the same working day but in some instances the next working day at the latest, and you should expect to receive your order the next working day from despatch.
EU orders are sent by Airmail at a cost of £4.95 and should be with you within 7 working days. International Airmail is charged at £30.00
Rights to CancelBy law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To excercise these rights we request that you complete the returns note that was included with your item and send this back to us. Alternatively you may email us in order to cancel. We will complete any refund requests within 30 days when you excercise your rights under these regulations. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. ComplaintsIn the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us, at firstname.lastname@example.org your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will attempt to resolve it within 10 working days. In any case all issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint. The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process. Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
